Privacy and directory policy
What we collect
You can use this website without an account. We collect information only when you send it to us through a form:
- Directory submissions: details about an organization or business, plus the name and email of the person submitting, so we can ask questions about the listing. The submitter's name and email are never published.
- Contact messages: your name, email, optional organization, and your message.
Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, or other health information about yourself or your family. We do not need it, and the directory contains information about organizations, not people.
How we use it
We use what you send only to review directory listings and to reply to you. We do not sell or share it. It is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
Analytics
We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
How the directory works
- Listings are free for all qualifying organizations and businesses.
- We review every listing submitted through this website for relevance, accuracy, and basic legitimacy before publishing it. Inclusion is informational and is not a clinical endorsement.
- Some listings come from public directories, such as the King County 2026 Resource Fair, and are published before we have verified them. Until we do, they are marked “Not yet verified.”
- “Neurodivergent-owned” appears only when the organization identified itself that way. We never infer or assign it.
- If NeuroLink offers sponsorships in the future, sponsored content will be clearly labeled and kept separate from directory results. Payment will never change where a listing appears.
- We review listings periodically. Each listing's page shows when we last verified it, or that we have not yet.
Corrections and removal
To correct a listing or ask us to remove it, use the correction form or email hello@neurolinknetwork.org.
