Connect the People. Connect the Systems. Accelerate Meaningful Change.

NeuroLink Washington

A Latino-led statewide collaborative advancing neurodiversity, disability inclusion, family leadership, and systems change across Washington.

Who we serve

NeuroLink works to improve outcomes for neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, and their families. Latino families and leadership are at the center of our work, and the systems changes we pursue are meant to benefit every neurodivergent and disabled Washingtonian.

A cross-sector approach

NeuroLink is a backbone organization for neurodivergent Washington — linking families, education, healthcare, research, policy, and community. Families should not have to piece together support from systems that do not talk to each other.

  • Education

Schools, special education, IEP navigation, and lifelong learning.

  • Healthcare

Developmental services, therapies, and mental health support.

  • Disability services

Community organizations, employment, and independent living.

  • Families

Parent leadership and the lived experience of the people closest to the challenges.

  • Research and policy

Data, listening sessions, and recommendations for systems change.

Find support in King and Pierce Counties

Our first service is a free, growing directory of neurodiversity-affirming providers, inclusive businesses, neurodivergent-owned businesses, and community organizations. Search by county, type of service, age group, and language, including services offered in Spanish.

Building a more connected Washington

NeuroLink is working to bring together families, educators, healthcare professionals, disability organizations, researchers, and policymakers to identify gaps, strengthen collaboration, and improve outcomes for neurodivergent individuals and people with disabilities across Washington State.

We believe meaningful change begins when the people closest to the challenges have a voice in shaping solutions.
